Ben SHIghly recommend Austin as a realtor, without any reservation. He is highly professional, very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He sent us properties via email ahead of time to get an idea of what we were looking for, and really understood our needs. He also dealt with a lot of issues that came up on the side of the seller, which could easily have derailed the deal.
