Centro Historico, Centro and Guadiana, in purple, remain by far and away the hottest markets with the highest average prices for land. 

There are now seven neighborhoods in red. Making the largest jumps were El Obraje and El Caracol. Average prices in San Antonio and Club de Golf Malanquin also rose.

Conversely, in green, Atotonilco and Cabras are still among the choice locations that offer great value to property hunters.
